Diet and exercise are touted as the method to sure fire weight loss and overall health. It make sense. The body uses up calories as it moves. Diet changes the caloric intake to be more in line with what your body needs (versus the wants of the brain).
One of the things that I have noticed while working out with this trainer, and eating his recommended diet, is that hanger is a beast.
In my current diet, I’m eating every two-ish hours. This is fine if you have ready access to food, like if you are at work or home. But when you’re running around on the weekend, trying to get shit done. It’s … difficult.
