I normally don’t like class books. They’re often expensive, used sparingly and generally useless after the class. This is especially true of many of the gen-ed courses I’ve taken over the years.

This year, however, I’m in my core competency courses, and I get to pick up books that actually matter to me.

To that end, this arrived just in time for class today:
